Heya :3 I have a cycling town named Mocha! I cycle out villagers (duh) and as soon as a new villager moves into town they are officially up for reservation. There are three reservation spots for each villager so that if the first person doesn't answer about their reservation when the villager wants to move, I can then contact the second person and so forth.
